Return Policy & Refunds:
All Sales are final unless the customer can point to one of the following items as being the reason they are requesting a refund:
1. That SummerTies made one of the following errors:
A. The wrong item was shipped to the customer.
B. The wrong color of a particular item was shipped to the customer.
If either of these is the case and the original packaging is not opened, then the customer can return the package for a full refund. We will email a shipping label to print out and use. We will refund the customer for the purchase of the product via the method in which they paid for the product originally (ie. credit card gets a credit card refund). A copy of the shipping receipt must be sent along with the returned product to receive reimbursement for shipping costs. Refunds will only occur once SummerTies has received the item(s). Once the original packaging has been opened we assume that the customer has deemed the product(s) are satisfactory and we will no longer accept the return of the item.
2. If there is a Manufacturer defect then the customer should directly contact SummerTies. We stand 100% behind our products and will remedy the situation.
3. If a customer changes their mind before or at 30 days from time of purchase, then they can return the item at their expense. After the product is inspected for wear and/or damage, a refund will be issued.
4. If a customer changes their mind after 30 days from time of purchase, then they can return the item at their expense. After the product is inspected for wear and/or damage, a refund will be issued minus a $5 restocking fee. ***
*** We only charge a restocking fee when a customer changes their mind to cover a portion of our initial shipping costs and also the time it takes to go over the product and to process the refund as well as the book keeping.
